Gati Yoga

Gati Yoga is an ancient meditation system found in the Marmasastra, the medical manuals of the sage Agastya. This is for the first time the method is made available for the public outside of the esoteric lineage of Yogis. The practice of it will bring life-changing experience. The deeper meaning of Yoga has nothing to do with asanas.
Yoga in its true practice will help mind control and careful exploration of the fullest potential of the complete possibilities of the body and mind. Breathing is the tool for this process. Gati Yoga is also known as Vashi Yoga. Both Gati and Vashi refer to breathing (Prana). Agastya’s medical discourse surprisingly offers authentic explanations of some of the secret practice of Gati Yoga. According to Agastya, a proper understanding of how breathing works with the body will help to prevent diseases and thus maintaining physical well-being.

practical methods to complete wellness.

Gati Yoga system has three practical methods to achieve complete wellness. These methods will touch upon all dimensions of human life

The Physical, Mental and Spiritual

Prana Chakra

Breath cycle

Humans breathe through three nostril pathways: left, middle and right. The operating nostril changes intermittently from left to right and right to left during any period of 24 hours connected to sunrise and sunset. In each changeover, breath stays in the middle path. The interplay between these pathways of breathing maintains the entire psychophysical balance of the human organism. The Prana Chakra practice is a unique method to influence the chemical balance of the body to maintain human wellness.

Prana Mudra

Breathing posture

Prana Mudras are not Chakras. They are biological centres where prana energy resides. Prana Mudra practice will guide you to locate and explore the untapped energy levels in the body to restore mental focus, readiness, and happiness.

Gati Kriya

Restoration of Breath

It is a foundational technique of Gati Yoga. Gati Kriya is a hidden practice in the Yogic system. The practice will help a complete internalisation of the respiratory function. Mind control is possible only when breath is fully internalised. Gati Kriya practice will create a remarkable experience in your mental and physical wellness.
